Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (the "Site") operated by 1982 Samgyejeong (owner: Hwang Seung-jae, the "Restaurant"), and the rights and obligations of the Restaurant and users.
Article 2 (Effect and amendment)
- These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
- The Restaurant may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce changes on the Site.
Article 3 (Services)
- Providing information such as restaurant introduction, menu and prices, opening hours and location
- Guidance on external reservation channels such as phone and Naver Reservation
Article 4 (Notice on menu and price information)
- Menu composition and prices on the Site are as of posting and may change without notice depending on ingredient supply and restaurant circumstances. Actual prices follow the in-store menu board.
- Descriptions of ingredient benefits on the Site reflect generally known information and do not guarantee prevention or treatment of any disease.
Article 5 (Reservations)
- Reservations are made through the channels provided, such as phone or Naver Reservation, and are confirmed by the Restaurant.
- Please contact the Restaurant before your visit to change or cancel a reservation. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future reservations being restricted.
Article 6 (User obligations)
- Users must provide accurate information when making reservations.
- Users must not misuse others' information, make false reservations, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site, including the trade name, logo, photos and text, belong to the Restaurant or the rightful owner and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Restaurant is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures. Information on the Site may change without notice.
Article 9 (Dispute resolution and jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute regarding use of the Site, the Restaurant and the user shall consult in good faith; if no agreement is reached, either party may file suit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
