1. Personal information collected and how
The Site does not operate any form (such as sign-up or inquiry forms) through which users enter personal information. However, the following information may be collected.

- Phone reservation information: deleted immediately after the reservation date (retained up to 3 months for handling disputes such as no-shows, then deleted)
- Access logs: automatically deleted according to the hosting service's policy
- Where retention is required by law, kept for the period prescribed by that law

5. Destruction procedure and method
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
